Why all sales are final

Every card we sell is professionally graded and sealed in its PSA slab. Each listing shows the actual card you will receive, front and back, with its PSA certificate number, which you can verify on psacard.com before buying. Because values of graded cards change quickly and slabs can be swapped or damaged once they leave our hands, we can't take items back.

Before you buy

• Check the photos, the grade and the certificate number on the card's page.
• Verify the certificate on PSA's website (the cert number on each listing links there).
• Ask us anything first at poketrapperz305@thepoketrap.com. We're happy to send more photos.

The only exceptions

We stand behind our listings. We will make it right, by refund or by sending the correct item, only if:

• Wrong item: the card you receive has a different PSA certificate number than the one listed.
• Lost or damaged in shipping: the package is lost, or the slab arrives cracked or broken. Every order ships fully insured.

To make a claim, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number (it starts with "PT-") and clear photos of the package and the slab. We strongly recommend recording a video while you open the package. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

What is not covered

• Changing your mind, or finding the card for less elsewhere.
• Differences of opinion about centering, surface or other condition shown in the photos.
• Re-grade results from PSA or any other grading company, or a desire to crack the slab.
• Changes in market value after your purchase.

Card payments and disputes

By paying, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Sale. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us before contacting your card issuer. We answer every message and resolve valid claims quickly.
